Bring us the problem
your operation can't shake.
Every operation has one: the handoff that always stalls, the status ritual that eats a day a week, the chasing nobody can switch off. We take on a small number of teams as design partners to solve exactly that — with Ayven built around how your team actually works, and both founders on the problem with you.
Who it's for
You'll know if this is you
We're not looking for logos. We're looking for teams whose day is genuinely taxed by coordination — because that's who Ayven has to work for.
You feel the chasing
Someone on your team spends real hours nudging work forward — “any update?”, “who owns this?”, “where's that doc?” — instead of doing the work itself.
You live in Slack or Teams
Ayven works where your coordination already happens. If your team's day runs through Slack or Microsoft Teams, you're in the sweet spot.
You're roughly 5–100 people
Big enough that coordination hurts, small enough that we can work with you directly. Remote and hybrid teams tend to feel it most, but neither is required.
The exchange
What you get, what we ask
A design partnership only works when it's honest in both directions. Here's the whole deal — there's no fine print behind it.
You get
- Your hardest coordination problem taken seriously: we map how work actually moves through your operation and go after the biggest drag first
- Ayven shaped around your workflows, your tools, your edge cases — not a generic demo you have to bend around
- Both founders working the problem with you directly — not a support queue
- A say in the roadmap that outlasts the partnership: what your operation needs is what gets built next
We ask
- Use Ayven on real work, in your real Slack or Teams — not a sandbox
- A short feedback call every other week (30 minutes, we run it)
- Honesty: tell us what's broken, boring, or not worth it
- Optionally, a case study later — only ever with your sign-off
How it works
From first call to shaping the roadmap
Intro call
Thirty minutes. You walk us through where coordination hurts; we show you what Ayven does about it. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.
Ayven joins your team
We set Ayven up in your Slack or Teams together and start on the workflow that hurts most — the recurring chase, the status ritual, the handoff that keeps stalling.
We build around you
Every other week we review what worked and what didn't, and what you need next goes onto the roadmap. You approve everything Ayven does — nothing ships without you.
Frequently asked questions
- What does it cost?
- The partnership isn't a sales motion — the value is fixing the problem, not the price tag. Design partners don't pay while we build together; commercials come later, on partner terms, once Ayven is earning its place in your operation.
- How much of our time does it take?
- Beyond using Ayven in your normal work, about 30 minutes every other week for a feedback call. Setup is a single session we run with you.
- Are we locked in?
- No. Either side can stop at any time, and your data is yours — we'll remove Ayven from your workspace and delete what it held on request.
- Who is a good fit?
- Teams of roughly 5–100 people who coordinate through Slack or Microsoft Teams and feel the cost of chasing, follow-ups, and status updates. Remote and hybrid teams usually feel it most.
