About the Role

Alknoma seeks versatile team members for our early-stage AI SaaS startup. We've developed Ayven, an agentic AI problem solver for team collaboration that operates within chat platforms like Slack and Teams.

Startups don't always know exactly who they need until they meet them. We welcome generalists, engineers, marketers, operators, designers, researchers - or unconventional candidates who demonstrate strong capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Autonomously manage problems from identification through solution delivery
• Design workflows and experiment with LLMs
• Iterate based on production feedback
• Balance technical execution with strategic planning
• Contribute across multiple functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• Automation focus - preference for systematic solutions over repetitive manual work
• Strategic execution - ability to both plan and implement without handoffs
• Ambiguity navigation - comfort with shifting priorities and novel challenges
• Learning agility - quick skill acquisition with honest acknowledgment of gaps

Nice to Have

• Experience in early-stage startups or founding team roles
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly
• Interest in AI/ML and future of work topics
