Hi everyone, interesting discussion. If I understand correctly, Data Science (DS) colleagues are usually skilled at making sense of existing data, helping to evaluate performance and identify problematic journeys, etc. Their focus tends to be on understanding the 'what' of an existing experience or operating model. Management Consultants (MCs), on the other hand, are typically brought in when there’s no internal DS or other specialists to define and execute change within a public (or private) sector organization. How do you think @Sharon?
