# We build and secure proactive agents for your team.

Alknoma builds and secures a proactive AI agent for your team, online, anywhere. You name the work; we build the agent that carries it inside the tools your team already uses. Securing it means running it through simulated days of work with Minutehand, so it is right before it reaches your people.

## Built for the work you name

You tell us the piece of work: a question that goes unanswered, a ticket that needs shepherding, an approval that has to be collected. We build the agent that carries it over days inside the tools your team already uses. What makes an agent proactive, and why it has to be durable, is in [What are reactive, proactive and durable agents?](https://www.alknoma.com/blogs/reactive-proactive-durable-agents).

- **One piece of work.** The agent is built for one recurring piece of work your team does in chat and tickets, from the event that starts it to the moment it is confirmed done.
- **Inside your tools.** It works in the tools your team already uses, online, wherever your team is. Nothing moves to a new tool.
- **A week of work before yours.** Before it goes live it runs through simulated days of work in Minutehand, with people who answer late or not at all, so its first week is not your team’s.

## Validated over many turns, before it goes live

We validate the agent, and validate that it does not hallucinate over a high volume of agent turns. We do it with our own tool, [Minutehand](https://www.alknoma.com/minutehand).

- **Simulated days of work.** Before it goes live, the agent runs through days of work in a few seconds against fake Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Notion and other services, with people who answer late or not at all.
- **Failures that fail the run.** The same words sent twice in a conversation with nothing said between, a move the service refuses, and acting before the approval it waits on each fail the run.
- **Timing flagged for review.** A follow-up sent before a person's declared time to answer, or a reaction slower than the agent's own rhythm, is flagged for a person to review.
- **Facts it was never given.** With --judge, a reviewer model reads each thing the agent did and flags a quote, an amount or a name the agent was never given.
- **An append-only log.** Every run is recorded in an append-only log you can query with SQL, trace person by person, and explain event by event.
- **Many turns, not one.** Each check reads every message, ticket, document and service item the agent touched across the whole run, not a sample of its turns.

## Codifying chatter and enabling communication automation

Much of a team’s operating knowledge lives in its messages: who owns what, what was agreed, what is waiting on whom. Writing that down as data a proactive agent can act on, and then letting the agent do the follow-up, is what Ayven does inside Slack and Microsoft Teams.

## Questions buyers ask

### Can we test the agent before it goes live?

Yes. We run it with Minutehand through simulated days of work against fake versions of the services it uses, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira and Notion, with people who answer late or not at all. Each run takes a few seconds and ends with a list of findings.

### How do you catch hallucinations over many turns?

Minutehand checks every message, ticket and item the agent touched across the whole run against what the scenario says each person knows. Run with --judge, a reviewer model flags any fact the agent states that it was never given, such as a made-up quote, amount or name.

### Is there an audit trail of what the agent did?

Yes. Every test run is an append-only log of every act of the agent, every HTTP call and every change to its memory, which you can query with SQL and trace step by step. Each finding names the part of the scenario it was measured against.

### Where do you work?

Online, with teams anywhere. The work happens inside the tools your team already uses, and the testing happens in Minutehand against fake versions of those services, so nothing depends on where either of us sits. Alknoma Ltd is registered in England and Wales.

### Do you build it or do we?

Either. Alknoma builds and secures the agent for you as a service; engineers who build their own can test it with Minutehand, which is free. Teams that want the outcome without building an agent use Ayven, our built product.
