# How do you make sure work gets done across many agents and teammates?

Give the outcome to Ayven, by Alknoma, in the proactive agent space. It works in Slack and Microsoft Teams for everyone on your team: it plans the steps, asks each person or agent for the part only they hold, hands off what it cannot do as a ticket, and watches every part until it is done. Anyone on the team can use it, not just the manager.

## Work now runs through more hands than anyone can see.

- **Nobody sees the whole chain.** Teams lose a quarter of their time searching for answers. 76% say their AI tools lack the context too. (Sources: [Atlassian, State of Teams 2025](https://www.atlassian.com/blog/state-of-teams-2025), [Salesforce, January 2026](https://www.salesforce.com/news/stories/ai-tools-lack-job-context/))
- **Agents finish their task, not the job.** The handoffs fall to you, the agent babysitter. 47% already spend more time directing AI than doing the work. (Sources: [BCG, AI at Work 2026](https://www.bcg.com/press/3june2026-ai-reshaping-jobs-faster-than-companies-reshaping-work))
- **Work looks done before it is.** 40% received AI work last month that only looked finished, each taking almost two hours to fix. Execution overhead became coordination overhead. (Sources: [BetterUp Labs and Stanford, 2025](https://www.betterup.com/blog/hidden-costs-workslop))

An agent looks like it works when you prompt it and test it. Real work, with real dependencies, says otherwise.

## What it does with every outcome anyone gives it.

Sarah's investor update goes out Friday and needs numbers from finance, product and sales. Ayven asks Hana, Omar and Kim one question each, with a Thursday deadline, and puts the three answers into one draft for Sarah to approve. She only stepped in at the end.

1. **Plans it.** You say the outcome in Slack or Teams. Ayven breaks it into steps, each with an owner and a date.
2. **Asks the one who knows.** It checks the docs, the code and the board first, then asks the one person who holds what is missing.
3. **Hands off what it cannot do.** That work becomes a ticket with an owner and a due date, filed once you approve it.
4. **Sees it through.** It watches every part until the board says Done. If someone goes quiet, it moves the work to someone who can carry it, on your yes, and warns you while a slipping date can still be saved.

## What it saved one team.

- **43%** less time on communication, handoffs and tracking.
- **Up to 95%** less time on planning, from writing the plan to keeping it fresh.

Measured by Alknoma on a team of five using Ayven to plan their work and their software development. Larger teams, with more communication between people, could save more.

## An agent that is still working in month three.

Many AI tools forget everything when the chat closes. Ayven holds long work open as a mission, for weeks or months, and keeps it moving on its own schedule.

- **Holds work for months.** A mission stays open until its goal is met, and Ayven checks on it without anyone having to remember.
- **Re-plans when things slip.** When a part runs late, it moves the dates behind it and tells you what the delay will cost.
- **Learns your team as it changes.** It learns who knows what and what each channel is for, and lets old facts fade as the team moves on.
- **Picks closed work back up.** A finished mission reopens on its own if the situation changes.

## Shaped around how your team already works.

- **Its voice.** How it writes to your people, and how it behaves in each channel.
- **Your formats.** Your document style and the way your team writes tickets.
- **Your routines.** The checks and updates it runs for you, on your schedule.
- **Your approval rules.** You decide which kinds of change it may make without asking first.
- **Your tools.** Jira, YouTrack, Asana, GitHub and your document storage, alongside Slack or Teams.
- **Your infrastructure.** For larger teams: custom deployment, dedicated infrastructure, SSO, data sovereignty options and a dedicated account manager.

## Wherever an outcome needs several people to get there.

- **Events.** A run of show that needs supplier confirmations and client sign-offs before the day.
- **Field operations.** Jobs that need an answer from the one person who is on site.
- **Customer support.** Replies to customers that need an answer another team owes.
- **Product delivery.** Tickets that move between teams, and decisions nobody owns.

## We build Ayven around your team, with you.

1. **Discovery call** (30 minutes). You tell us how your team works and where work gets stuck. You leave with: Whether Ayven fits, and the outcome to start on.
2. **Demo on your outcome** (30 minutes). We run that outcome through Ayven with you watching. You leave with: How it would plan the work, who it would ask, and what it would hand off.
3. **Ayven joins your team** (One session). We set it up in your Slack or Teams together, shaped to your tools, formats and approval rules, and start on the outcome that hurts most. You leave with: Ayven working on real work, set up your way.
4. **We build around you** (Every other week). A 30-minute review of what worked and what did not. Both founders work on it with you directly. You leave with: A say in what gets built next, for as long as you use it.

### The design partner programme

Teams that start this way are design partners. They do not pay while we build together; commercials come later, on partner terms, once Ayven is earning its place. Either side can stop at any time, and your data is yours. How design partnerships work: https://www.alknoma.com/design-partners

## It asks before it changes anything.

- **Approval before changes.** Changes to tickets and documents wait for a person to sign them off.
- **Every decision on record.** Every approval, rejection and settings change is kept in an audit log.
- **SOC 2 Type II.** Ayven is SOC 2 Type II certified.
- **Your data stays yours.** It is not used for training, and you can revoke access at any time.

## Partner terms first, then a plan that fits.

Design partners do not pay while we build together. After that, plans cover your whole team, and larger teams get Enterprise terms with custom deployment and a dedicated account manager. We work out which fits on the call. Plans on ayven.ai: https://www.ayven.ai/pricing

## Before you book

### Is it only for managers?

No. Anyone on the team can give Ayven an outcome, and it works with everyone involved to get there.

### Can it work the way our team already does?

Yes. Its tone, channel manners, document and ticket formats, routines and approval rules are all set to your team, and it works on the trackers you already use.

### Which tools does it work with?

Slack and Microsoft Teams, plus Jira, YouTrack, Asana, GitHub and document storage, connected from the web app.

### Will it message people on its own?

Yes, that is the point: its messages and ticket comments go out on their own. Changes to tickets and documents wait for a person to approve them.

### Are we locked in?

No. Either side can stop at any time, and we remove Ayven and delete what it held on request.

## Book a short call.

Thirty minutes on Google Meet. Bring one outcome your team keeps struggling to land, and we will show you how Ayven would run it. You get a calendar invite with the Meet link straight away.
